बोर - विभूति:
ગૃહસ્થાશ્રમમાં આવ્યા વગર આગળ જવું એ વિરલપ્રકૃતિસાધ્ય છે. જગપ્રસિદ્ધ માગ આશ્રમ-પદ્ધતિને ક્રમિક માર્ગ છે. એટલે પ્રાયઃ મા એ જ માર્ગે ચાલે છે. (૨૨)
(22) It is possible, only for sueh as are blessed with extra ordinary powers, to advance further without passing through the stage of a householder. That the four orders are to be followed in the ascending order is a well established tradition, and this leads people to pass through the orders mostly in traditional succession.
यः स्यात् प्रमोदस्तनयावतारे न स प्रमोदस्तनयावतारे | कन्योद्भवः प्रत्युत खेदहेतुः संजायमानः परिदृश्यतेऽद्य
॥ ૨૩ ।।
પુત્ર અવતરતાં જે હુ થાય, તે પુત્રી અવતરતાં ન થાય; મÈ દીકરીને જન્મ આજે ખેદજનક થતે જોવામાં આવે છે. (૨૩)
(23) The birth of a daughter does not seem to give as great joy as the birth of a son, Nay, in the present age, the birth of a daughter is regarded as an occasion for regrat.
परिस्थितावीदृशि कारणं तु समाजसंस्थागतदुर्व्यवस्था | पुत्रश्च पुत्री परमार्थतस्तु देशस्य खल्वस्ति समा विभूतिः ॥ २४ ॥
આવી પરિસ્થિતિ થવામાં કારણ તે સમાજસ’સ્થાગત દુર્વ્યવસ્થા છે. પરમાતઃ પુત્ર અને પુત્રી અને દેશની સરખી વિભૂતિ છે. (૨૪)
(34) Such a state of affairs is due to the confusion in the social structure. Son and daughter both, really spanking, are assets to the nation.
