परिमाण का उल्लंघन करना, [ दासीदासप्रमाणातिक्रमाः] दासी और दास के परिमाण का उल्लंघन करना तथा [ कुप्यप्रमाणातिक्रमाः ] वस्त्र, बर्तन आदि के परिमाण का उल्लंघन करना - ये पाँच अपरिग्रह अणुव्रत के अतिचार हैं।
Exceeding the limits set by oneself with regard to cultivable lands and houses, riches such as gold and silver, cattle and corn, men and women servants, and clothes.
ऊर्ध्वाधस्तिर्यग्व्यतिक्रमक्षेत्रवृद्धिस्मृत्यन्तराधानानि ॥३०॥ [ऊर्ध्वव्यतिक्रमः ] माप से अधिक ऊंचाई वाले स्थलों में जाना, [अध:व्यतिक्रमः ] माप से नीचे (कुँआ, खान आदि) स्थानों में उतरना, [ तिर्यक्व्यतिक्रमः ] समान स्थान के माप से बहुत दूर जाना, [ क्षेत्रवृद्धिः ] की हुई मर्यादा में क्षेत्र को बढ़ा लेना और [स्मृत्यन्तराधानं ] क्षेत्र की की हुई मर्यादा को भूल जाना - ये पाँच दिग्व्रत के अतिचार हैं।
Exceeding the limits set in the directions, namely upwards, downwards and horizontally, enlarging the boundaries in the accepted directions, and forgetting the boundaries set, are the five transgressions of the minor vow of direction.
