Chapter Ten: The ultimate knowledge of the destruction of delusion; the awareness of the obstruction of perception; and the destruction of obstacles leads to liberation. 1. The nature of bondage is due to the presence of causes and the absence of liberation. 2. Complete destruction of all karma is liberation. 3. Due to the absence of the potential for gradual liberation and other avenues, one does not attain direct right knowledge and right perception elsewhere. 4. Thereafter, the soul proceeds towards the ultimate state of enlightenment. 5. The direction proceeds from the nature of prior engagement, the severance of bondage, and the resulting transformation. 6. Achievements are based on various factors such as the field, time, presence of characteristics, conduct in pilgrimage, the influx of knowledge attained by each enlightened being, and the quantification of qualities in limited and abundant forms. 7. -Regarding the complete liberation from all karmas as the nature of liberation, it is noted in the scriptural commentary. -In the place of the above, the texts refer to specific qualities related to the potential for gradual liberation and others connected to the attainment of right knowledge and right perception. Following the relevant reference, it's noted that the term describing the direction is absent from some texts, and thereafter two additional excerpts are mentioned in the commentary, which clarify the essence of these verses.
