Bhagavāna:-Yes, Gautama! During the Sâmāyika and Pausadha Vrata, a house-holder has a dominant idea in his mind that his mother, father brother, sister, wife, son, daughter, his son's wife etc are none of them, his own. Although he has this idea in his mind his love towards them is not destroyed. Therefore, the intercourse is with bhāryā (wife) and not with an a. bharya.
