________________ Aum Jain Symbols - 1 Bijakshara Aum is a seed mantra. "Om" sounds like "AUM", comprising the five initial letters of Panch Parmeshthi as 'A' + 'A' + 'A' + 'U' + 'M' for Arihant, Ashariri (Siddha), Acharya, Upadhyay and Muni (Sadhu). Hrim The word Hrim is a seed mantra. It is called Hrimkar mantra. It is a mystical symbol representing the invisible sound infinity, and divine energy of the 24 Tirthankar. While meditating on Hrim, one can experience the sublimating energy of 24 Tirthankar. Shrim Shrim is a seed mantra. It is a symbol representing inner wealth of infinite perception, infinite knowledge, infinite bliss and infinite potential (anant chatustay); and the outer grandeur of Samavsaran of a Tirthankar. Arham Arhum is also a seed mantra. By meditating or concentrating on this symbol, one bathes in the supreme qualities of a Panch Parmeshthi. Seed sounds are words that are untranslatable because of their esoteric nature and yet are extremely powerful.
