________________ Meditation & Yoga The steadiness or concentration of the mind on one subject or object is called Dhyan. Meditation leads to the union of the mind, body and soul. This union releases a great deal of energy. It is a force which is essential to maintain the order of life. Deficiencies of this energy can lead to exertion, tension and physical and mental illnesses. As we progress in meditation, our minds become purified and charged, opening up the 6th sense. It is the bond between galaxies, planets, humans and molecules. Scientists discovered that our mind can be unlocked through meditation.
