अल्पभुतंबुतवतां परिहास-वाम त्वभक्तिरेव मुखरी-कुरुते बलामाम् ।
यत्कोकिला किस नयी मपुरं दिति तण्यास-पारु-कलिका-निकरेकहेतुः ।।
हे प्रभो जिस प्रकार बसन्त ऋतु में आम की मंजरियासे उत्तेजित होकर कोकिल मयुर स्वर में जाती है, उसी प्रकार आपकी भक्ति का सम्बल पाकर अल्पशा और विद्वानों के सामने उपहासपात्र होनेपर भी आपकी स्तुति करने को सचाल हो रहा हूँ। 11६11
જે રીતે વસંતઋતુમાં માબાને લાગલ મહોર જ યવનો મધુર ટહુકા તથા કલરવ માટે કારણભૂત છે તે જ રીતે, કે સ્વામિ! અશ્વનાથી નેવો છે, વિદ્વાનોમાં ઠાંસીપાત્ર છે તો પણ તમારા પ્રત્યેની મારી પ્રબળ ભક્તિ જ મને બળ કરીને તમારી સ્તુતિ કરવા પ્રેરે છે, કે
My knowledge is limited but my devotion is not. The scom of the scholarly cannot harm me because it is my faith in you that drives me. As the birds sing in the spring at the sight of budding fruit, Bhagawan, the very thought of you fills me with these verses of praise. (6)
