Remember some of those people will still want to stay in touch with you, because you now are ahead in the race. So you'll never truly lose touch with all of them. No need to worry about the rest. Friends.... I'm not sure if this will even lead to "Fulfilling Desires". Let me explain. By the time we arrive at the target that target would have changed to something else, which you now desire more than the previous one. Not only would we end up chasing an arbitrary goal, we would not be able to enjoy when it arrives, cause the target by then, would no longer be "the target"...... It would have changed by then. It's like having "Unfulfilled Desire for Life"... How can there be happiness in this? We know one can never get everything one desires.
