अवक्तव्यक द्रव्य ठहर सकें ? अतः यह मानना चाहिए कि क्षेत्रानुपूर्वी में एक प्रदेश अनानुपूर्वी का विषय है और दो प्रदेश अवक्तव्यक के विषय हैं। अतः अनानुपूर्वी और अवक्तव्यक द्रव्यों के विषयभूत प्रदेश को छोड़कर शेष समस्त प्रदेश आनुपूर्वी रूप हैं। इस प्रकार क्षेत्रानुपूर्वी में एक आनुपूर्वी द्रव्य की अपेक्षा देशोन समस्त लोक में आनुपूर्वी द्रव्य अवगाढ हैं, यह जानना चाहिए ।
एक अनानुपूर्वी द्रव्य लोक के असंख्यातवें भाग में अवगाही इसलिए माना है कि अनानुपूर्वी रूप से वही द्रव्य विवक्षित हुआ है जो लोक के एक प्रदेश में अवगाढ हो और लोक का एक प्रदेश लोक का असंख्यातवाँ भाग है।
नाना अनानुपूर्वी द्रव्य सर्वलोकव्यापी इसलिए माने हैं कि एक-एक प्रदेश में अवग अनानुपूर्वी द्रव्यों के भेद समस्त लोक को व्याप्त किये हुए हैं।
अवक्तव्यक द्रव्यों की वक्तव्यता भी अनानुपूर्वी द्रव्यों के समान कथन करने का आशय यह है कि एक अवक्तव्यक द्रव्य लोक के असंख्यातवें भाग में अवगाहित रहता है। क्योंकि लोक के प्रदेशद्वय में अवगाढ हुए द्रव्य को अवक्तव्यक द्रव्य रूप से कहा गया है। और ये दो प्रदेश लोक के असंख्यात प्रदेशों की अपेक्षा असंख्यातवें भाग रूप हैं तथा जितने भी अवक्तव्यक द्रव्य हैं वे सभी लोक के दो-दो प्रदेशों में रहने के कारण सर्वलोकव्यापी माने गये हैं।
Elaboration-This aphorism refers to the area occupied by kshetranupurvi dravyas (area-sequential substances) with respect to one and many substances. It conveys that a single anupurvi (sequential) substance exists in countable and uncountable fractions, countable and uncountable sections of the universe, and also in slightly less than the whole universe. The reason for this is that the skandh-dravyas (aggregate substances) possess a strange intrinsic power of transformation. Some aggregates are tiny and others are huge. Thus due to this strange capacity of transformation the aggregate substances occupy the aforesaid varying portions of the universe.
(Question) In context of naigam-vyavahar naya sammat kshetranupurvi dravya (area-sequential substances conforming to coordinated and particularized viewpoints) with respect to one substance, anupurvi (sequential) substance is said to occupy slightly less than the whole universe but in context of dravyanupurvi (physical sequence) it is mentioned that an achitt आनुपूर्वी प्रकरण
