संघ-स्तुति विषयक उपसंहार CONCLUSION OF THE SANGH PANEGYRIC १९ : नगर-रह-चक्क-पउमे, चन्दे सूरे समुद्द-मेरुम्मि।
जो उवमिज्जइ सययं, तं संघगुणायरं वंदे। अर्थ-जैसे १. नगर, २. रथ, ३. चक्र, ४. पद्म, ५. चन्द्र, ६. सूर्य, ७. समुद्र और ८. मेरु गिरि ये अपने-अपने विशिष्ट गुणों से युक्त हैं। श्रीसंघ भी अपने दिव्य गुणों से
उसी प्रकार विशिष्ट है। उस गुणों के समूह श्रीसंघ को मैं वन्दना करता हूँ। + A city, a chariot, a wheel, a lotus, the moon, the sun, a seath
and the Meru mountain, all have their own special attributes. 56 The Shrisangh also has its divine attributes that make it $ unique. I offer my obeisance to the Shrisangh that is the abode
of such attributes. . विवेचन-इन सभी उपमाओं द्वारा संघ की भिन्न-भिन्न विशेषताएँ प्रकट की गई हैं। जैसे
नगर-सुरक्षा का साधन है, उसीप्रकार साधकों के लिए संघ सुरक्षा प्रदान करता है। रथ-मार्ग का ॐ अनुगमन करता है साधक भी जिन-प्रणीत मार्ग के अनुसार चलता है। चक्र-विजय रूपी लक्ष्य
का प्रतीक है। संघ साधक को अपने लक्ष्य में विजयश्री प्रदान कराता है। पद्म-निर्लेपता का
प्रतीक है, चन्द्र-सौम्यता और शीतलता का, सूर्य-प्रकाश और तेजस्विता का, समुद्र-विशालता ॐ और अक्षुब्धता का तथा सुमेरु पर्वत स्थिरता और अप्रकम्पता का। संघ में उक्त सभी विशेषताएँ 5 विद्यमान हैं। 5 Elaboration-Various special qualities of sangh have been 5 expresed by using these metaphors 45 As a city is a means of protection for citizens, so is sangh for the 45 practicers or ascetics and shravaks.
