(२) वैनयिकी-गुरुजनों की भक्ति-सेवा विनय करने से उत्पन्न हो वह वैनयिकी बुद्धि 卐 होती है। + (३) कर्मजा-शिल्पादि कलाओं के निरन्तर अभ्यास से उत्पन्न हो वह कर्मजा बुद्धि होती है।
(४) पारिणामिकी-लम्बे समय तक निरन्तर चिन्तन-पर्यालोचना से अथवा आयु के परिपक्वज + होने के परिणाम से जो उत्पन्न हो वह पारिणामिकी बुद्धि होती है।
Elaboration-Shrut nishrit means that which is acquired by 9 listening to the shrut. Ashrut nishrit is that which is acquired
naturally without any help from the shrut. The four types of ashrut nishrit are briefly defined as follows--
1. Autpattiki--That which rises suddenly, spontaneously and without studying scriptures is called autpattiki buddhi.
2. Vainayiki-That which is acquired through devotion for 9 teachers and elders or seniors, by serving them and being humble
before them is called vainayiki buddhi. 卐 3. Karmaja-That which is acquired through regular practice like that of various arts and crafts.
4. Parinamiki—That which is acquired through long and continuous contemplation or as a consequence of maturity and experience is called purinamiki buddhi.

औत्पत्तिकी बुद्धि का लक्षण ATTRIBUTES OF AUTPATTIKI BUDDHI ४८ : उप्पत्तिया बुद्धि
पुव्वमदिट्ट-मस्सुय-मवेइय, तक्खणविसुद्धगहियत्था।
अव्वाहय-फलजोगा, बुद्धी उप्पत्तिया नाम॥ अर्थ-औत्पत्तिकी बुद्धि-जिस बुद्धि के द्वारा बिना देखे और बिना सुने पदार्थों के म सम्यक् अर्थ का अभिप्राय तत्काल ग्रहण कर लिया जाता है और जिससे इच्छित फल प्राप्त * होता है उसे औत्पत्तिकी बुद्धि कहते हैं। 4. 48.
