ज्ञाताधर्मकथांग सूत्र र “जब निश्चित समय आने पर वह यक्ष पुकारे-किसका तारण करूँ? किसका पालन करूँ?' SI
तब तुम कहना-'हमारा तारण करें ! हमारा पालन करें !' और तब वह शैलक यक्ष ही स्वयं इस टा 5 रत्नद्वीप की देवी के चंगुल से तुम्हार निस्तार करेगा। अन्यथा तुम्हारे शरीरों को क्या क्या कष्ट टा र भोगना पड़ेगा, मैं नहीं कह सकता।" 15 31. The man on the gibbet explained, “Beloved of gods! In the eastern

चपल, त्वरित वेगवाली गति से चल कर पूर्व दिशा के वनखण्ड में एक पुष्करिणी के निकट गये। द पुष्करिणी में उतरे, स्नान किया और वहाँ से कमल, उत्पल, नलिन, सुभग आदि कमल जाति के 5 र पुष्प एकत्र कर शैलक यक्ष के यक्षायतन में आए। यक्ष की ओर दृष्टि कर उसे प्रणाम किया और 5 यथाविधि पुष्प-पूजा की। इसके बाद घुटने और पैर नीचे झुका हाथ जोड उपासना में लग गए।
