ज्ञाताधर्मकथांग सूत्र 5 सूत्र ५ : एक दिन जब नागश्री ब्राह्मणी की बारी आई तो उसने प्रचुर भोजन सामग्री बनवाई। डी र साथ ही उसने एक बड़े से रस भरे तुंबे की बहुत से मसाले भरकर तेल में छौंककर सब्जी तैयार
की। उसने इस सब्जी के रस की एक बूंद हथेली में लेकर चखी तो पता लगा कि वह खारी, टा 5 कड़वी, अखाद्य और विष जैसी है। यह समझते ही वह मन ही मन अपने आपको धिक्कारने लगी-द र “धिक्कार है मुझ अधन्या, पुण्यहीना, भाग्यहीना, अति अभागिनी निंबोली जैसी अनादरणीय नागश्री ड E को जिसने यह रसदार कड़वे तुंबे की अनेक मसाले और तेल भरी सब्जी तैयार की। इसके लिए टे 5 ढेर सारा सामान बिगाड़ा और तेल का सत्यानाश कर डाला। 5 CURRY OF THE BITTER GOURD > 5. One day, on her turn, Naagshri got elaborate meals cooked in large
quantity. She also cooked herself curry of a large juicy gourd using liberal $ quantities of spices and oil. When she took a drop of this curry in her palm
and tasted it she found that it was bitter, pungent, and repugnant like 15 poison. Realizing her mistake she cursed herself, "Curse me, the worthless,
virtueless, ill-fated, unlucky, and as hateful as the bitter margosa-berry, who
has cooked this bitter gourd using lots of spices and oil. I have wasted a lot of 2 time and material including plenty of oil. 15 सूत्र ६ : तं जइ णं ममं जाउयाओ जाणिस्संति, तो णं मम खिंसिस्संति, तं जाव ताव मम 15 जाउयाओ ण जाणंति, ताव मम सेयं एयं सालइयं तित्तालाउं बहुसंभारनेहकडं एगंते गोवेत्तए, ड
र अन्नं सालइअं महुरालाउयं जाव नेहावगाढं उवक्खडेत्तए। एवं संपेहेइ, संपेहित्ता तं सालइयं जाव डा 5 गोवेइ, अन्नं सालइयं महुरालाउयं उवक्खडेइ। रे सूत्र ६ : “यदि मेरी देवरानियाँ यह सब जानेंगी तो मेरी निन्दा करेंगी। इससे पूर्व कि वे जान डा र पाएँ, यही उचित होगा कि इस तुंबे की सब्जी को कहीं छुपा दिया जाय और दूसरे मीठे तुंबे की 15 सब्जी इसी प्रकार तेल-मसाले भरकर पका ली जाय।" यह सोचकर नागश्री ने कडुआ तुंबा छुपा दे
र दिया और नए मीठे तुंबे की सब्जी पका ली। 5 6. “If my Devaranis (wives of younger brothers of the husband) come to a

they come to know of it.” And she hid the bitter curry and cooked afresh. र सूत्र ७ : उवक्खडेत्ता तेसिं माहणाणं व्हायाणं जाव सुहासणवरगयाणं तं विपुलं असणं पाणं । 5 खाइमं साइमं परिवेसइ। तए णं ते माहणा जिमियभुत्तुत्तरागया समाणा आयंता चोक्खा ट र परमसुइभूया सकम्मसंपउत्ता जाया यावि होत्था। तए णं ताओ माहणीओ पहायाओ जावड
विभूसियाओ तं विपुलं असणं पाणं खाइमं साइमं आहारेंति, आहारित्ता जेणेव सयाई गेहाइट 5 तेणेव उवागच्छंति, उवागच्छित्ता सकम्मसंपउत्ताओ जायाओ।
