See under Balakrishna, Ramajitpandita was an inhabitant of the city Prakasha on the banks of the Tapti, 4, 50. Ramamuni Or Ramachandranatha. Referred to by Mukunda, the author of the Paramarthabodha, as his guru. 4, 21. Ramasuri - Mentioned as pupil of Vardhamanasuri and guru of Chandrasuri in the Nagendragachchha. 4, 84. Ramilabhikshu Said to have brought an image of Vira from Satyapura to Gajapur in the year 781 from Vikrama. 4, 94. Ramesyara Author of an Hillajavyakhya. He was son of Sripati, called Kshirasagara. ( Aufrecht has, from NP. VII, 37 a Hillajadipika by one Kshirasagara pandita. This is probably a confusion between father and son on the part of the compiler of that catalogue). He mentions his guru Govinda, the author of the Piyushadhara. 4, 60. He gives the exact date of Akbar's birth as the Saka year 1464, the month Kartika, the first half of the month, the sixth day being Saturday, 49 ghatis and 9 palas after sunrise.
