कोई आश्रयदाता नहीं अज्ञानी मनुष्य धन, सम्पत्ति, पशु और ज्ञातिबन्धुओं को अपना आश्रयदाता मानता है और समझता है कि 'ये मेरे हैं और मैं इनका हूँ, किन्तु ये सब रक्षक नहीं हैं और न ही उसको शरण देनेवाले हैं।
None to Protect An ignorant person believes that wealth, possessions and relatives are his protectors. He says, 'they belong to me and I belong to them'. But they are neither his protectors nor shelter.
क्षणभंगुर मनुष्य को यह समझना चाहिये कि धन एवं सम्पत्ति, जमीन एवं जायदाद, संतान, बांधव तथा इस देह को भी छोड़कर मुझे एक दिन अवश्य जाना पड़ेगा।
Temporal One should reflect thus: “One day I have to abandon all the wealth and property, land and estates, gold and ornaments, wife and children, relatives and friends and even my own body.”
