श्रद्धा कदाचित् धर्म-श्रवण का अवसर पा लेने पर भी उसमें श्रद्धा होना अत्यंत दुर्लभ है। धर्म की ओर ले जानेवाले सही मार्ग को जानकर भी अनेक लोग उस मार्ग से भ्रष्ट हो जाते हैं।
Faith Even after getting an opportunity to listen to the holy scriptures, it is extremely difficult to have faith in them because many people despite knowing the right path still go astray.
पुरुषार्थ कदाचित् धर्म को सुनकर उसमें श्रद्धा हो जाय तो भी समय पालन में पुरुषार्थ होना अत्यंत दुर्लभ है। धर्म में रुचि रखते हुए भी कई लोग उसके अनुसार आचरण नहीं करते।
Exertion Even after listening to the holy scriptures and believing in them, it is difficult to have enough strength to practise self-control. Many people have faith in religion but they are unable to practise it.
