Sāyaṇa observes vasatīvaribhirvisese-nāktaḥ siktaḥ san."
i.e. clearly manifested, displayed, or well anointed; Griffith'shines'. vyaktam at Rv. X. 14.9, X. 127.7;

ápeta vita víca sarpatátósmā etám pitáro lokámakran, áhobhiradbhíraktúbhirvyaktam yamó dadātyavasanamasmai.”
Sāyaṇa- vyaktam
samgatam;
= accompanied with, (i.e.) adorned with, Griffith 'adorned with'.
Rv. X. 127.7 -
úpa mā pépiśattámaḥ krsnám vyaktamasthita, ūṣa ṛṇéva yātaya.
Sāyaṇa observes: vyaktam viseṣeņa svabhāsā sarvasyāñjakam spaṣṭarūpam vā; i.e. that which well anoints everything with its own light, or that which is clearly manifested.

Griffith (that which) decks, (i.e. adorns); 'vyaktā' occurs at Rv. VII. 77.3 -, VIII. 56.4, and X. 86.5 -
Rv. VII. 77.3 - is,
“devắnām cắksuh subhágā váhanti śvetám náyanti sudrśikamáśvam,
-
usá adarsi raśmibhirvyaktā citrámaghā viśvamanu-prábhūtā.”
Sāyaṇa does not wait to explain 'vyaktā', but it means here, 'clearly, manifested'.

Griffith (that which) 'shines apparent' i.e. 'clearly shines'.
Rv. VIII. 56.6 - is,

"tátro ápi prāṇīyata pūtákratāyai vyaktā, áśvānā minná yūthyām.”
There is no Sāyaṇa-bhāṣya on this. We get Välakhilya-sūkta-bhāṣya which explains it as, 'vividham gantā, nānāpradeśeṣu pracalan.'
Rv. X. 86.5 - is
priyá taṣṭāni me kapirvyaktā vyadūduṣat,
śiro nvasya rāviṣam ná sugám duskṛte bhuvam viśvasmād indra uttaraḥ."
vyaktānyājyai.
Sāyaṇa explains as vyaktā viseṣeṇāktāni, i.e. well adorned;
