The second section of the fourteenth chapter forms ccr.cluding part of the Suvarņa - Raupya - Siddhi - śāśtra and deals with the necessary requirements for alchemy, invocation to the Jina 2 and the Tîrtharkaras, 3 process of gold making, 4 some chemical processes with garlic, 5 and process of making oil of sulphur, orpiment, oxide of arsenic one others for making gold. 6
Next it proceeds on to explain how to make gold? by different methods and commends the efficacy of mercurial medicine 8 (bhasma), remedies for impotency, 9 leprosy (kuştha), 10 leucoderma, 11 Jaundice, 12 dropsy, 13 comatoge, 14 epilepsy 15 dysponoea, 16 psoriasis 17 and all diseases, 18 and some other medicines for different kinds of diesases, 19 copper oxide (ash), 20 and the colophanthe monastic genealogy of Jinadatta Sūri and date of the composștion of his work - the Suvarņa - Raupya - Siddhi - Šāstra.
Iu short it is to be summed up that this work treats of mercury, minerals and metals, the construction of apparatus, the mystic formulae for the purification of metal and minerals, the extraction of essence, liquefaction and incineration of minerals and metals, the processes of converting base metals into superior metals, virtues of mercury and elixir vitae, medical recipes and occultism.
