While performing Samayik, during recitation if any scriptural errors have been committed by way of omission, inclusions, variations regarding the original text, then may my such sins be pardoned.

5 Procedure of accepting Samayik (1) Preferably one should sit in a peaceful place (or
sthanak) to do amayik. Firstly, one should examine the place of sitting, the patharnun, Rajoharan, Guchchho, Muhapatti, clean clothes (preferably white) should be worn. Having fulfilled these basic
requirements, proceed as follows :(2) Having tied the Muhapatti, sitting on the Aasan,
first recite Lessons 1 to 4. (3) Then do kayotsarga of lessons 3 rd and 1 st. (4) Thereafter recite lesson no 5 and respect-fully tak
ing permission of Guru, recite lesson no. 6. (if Guru is not present bow down to Shree Simandhar Swami in North-East direction and seek his permi
ission.) (5) Thereafter, as given in lesson no 7, recite the three
Namotthunam and say the Navkar Mantra. (6) Now, during Samayik one should devote the sch
eduled time, entirely to religious matters like mem. orising the religious texts, or counting the rosary, or listen to religious preachings or say Navkar Mantra or say the names of 24 Tirthankaras, or Anupoorvi etc.
