The outline of the diagram is that Jain universe. The swastika represents the four states
the soul may live in: divine, human, tiryanch (ie. animals, birds, etc.) and hell. The three dots represent right knowledge, right vision (faith) and right conduct. The half-moon is the sign of Siddha-Sheela (final place for liberated souls).
The raised hand is to indicate the principle of non-killing, non-violence. In the middle of the hand is drawn a wheel for the propagation of the religion.
* જૈન પ્રતીક *
આ પ્રતીક પણ જૈન ધર્મનું પ્રતિનિધિત્વ કરે છે. પ્રતીકમાં બાહ્ય રેખાંકન છે તે જૈન દ્રષ્ટિએ વિશ્વના આકાર છે અંદર હાથ છે તે અભય-દાન સૂચવે છે. હાથમાં ધર્મ-ચક્રનુ ચિન્હ છે તેમાં અહિં સા શબ્દ લખેલા છે.
Three Paths.
સ્વસ્તિક ચાર ગતિ સૂચવે છે. મનુષ્ય, તિર્યંચ, દેવ અને નારકી. સ્વસ્તિક ઉપરનાં ત્રણ બિ દુઆ ત્રિ-રત્ન; સમ્યક જ્ઞાન, સમ્યક્ દર્શન અને સમ્યક્ ચારિત્ર સૂચવે છે. તે ટપકાંઓ ઉપરના અર્ધચંદ્રાકાર શિદ્ધશીલા છે. શિદ્ધશીલાએ મેક્ષ પામેલા આત્માઓનું અંતિમ સ્થાન છે.

પ્રતીકમાં નીચે લખ્યું છે પરસ્પરોપગ્રહો જીવાનામ એટલે જીવાનો પરસ્પર ઉપકાર છે. જીવો અને જીવવા દોએમ જ નહી પરંતુ જીવા અને અન્યના જીવનમાં સહાયભૂત બનો તેના આ ઉમદા મંત્ર છે.
