America: There are many Jain centres and temples in the USA and Canada. "Jain Bhavan" has been specially built in Los Angeles. New York, Washington, New Jersey, Detroit, Chicago, Boston, Los Angeles, Toronto, Cleveland, Buffalo also have Jain centres. At Siddhachalam, near New York, temples, libraries, auditorium, etc. are being built. All centres are actively promoting Ahimsa (non-violence) and vegetarianism. There are 35,000 Jains in America now.
અમેરિકામાં ઠેર ઠેર જૈન સેન્ટર તથા દેરસરે છે. લેસ એક્લસમાં જૈન ભવન તૈયાર થઈ ગયું છે. શિકાગોમાં દેરસરનિર્માણ કરવાનું આયોજન છે.! ન્યુયોર્ક, વશીન્ગટન, ન્યુજર્સી, ડેઈટ, શિકાગે, બેસ્ટન, લેસ એલસ વગેરે સ્થળોના જૈન કેન્દ્ર પ્રવૃત્તિશીલ છે. કેનેડામાં પણ ટેરંટ અને અન્ય સ્થળોએ જૈન ધર્મની પ્રવૃત્તિ થઈ રહી છે. વેજીટેરીયાનીઝમને પ્રચાર કરવામાં આવે છે.' ન્યૂયોર્ક પાસે સિદ્ધાચલમ આકાર લઈ રહ્યું છે ત્યાં જૈન દેરાસર, ગ્રંથાલય, ભોજનાલય, સભાગૃહ ઈત્યાદિ થશે.

નાઈરોબી :– નાઈરોબીમાં ૧૯૦૦ની સાલથી જેને વસે છે. ૧૯૦૮માં પ્રથમ સ્વામી વાત્સલ્ય ભેજન થયું હતું. ૧૯૬૯માં ઓશવાળ હાઉસનું નવનિર્માણ થયું. ભવ્ય શિખરબંધી દેરાસર માટે શિલાન્યાસ ૨૨-૧-૧૯૭૬ના દિને થશે. દેરાસરની પ્રતિષ્ઠા ૧૧ ફેબ્રુ. ૧૯૮૪ના શુભ દિને થઈ.

Nairobi: Jains have lived here since 1900 AD. The first grand Jain dinner was organised in 1908. Oshwal house was built in 1969. The foundation stone for this Jain temple was laid on 22.1.1976 and the Pratishtha ceremony was held on 11.2.1984.
