This Pañchatīrthĩ bronze image of Chandraprabhaswāmi with parikar is preserved in Sambhavanāth Temple in Kalushah's Pole of the Kalupur area. This icon was made by Hemāka along with his wife Rudi and sons Narabad, Dungara, Vacha, Devaraja etc., for their own bliss. Hemāka was the son of Vya. Tejā and Kīlhaņade of Prāgvāt caste. This icon was installed by Sri Somasundarasuri of Tapā gaccha in V.S. 1489, Aşādha sudi. 7, (i.e. Wed., 24 June, 1433 A.D.).
॥ संवत् १४८९ वर्षे आषा[ढ] शु. ७ श्री प्राग्वाट ज्ञातीय व्य. तेजा भार्या कील्हणदे सुत हेमाकेन भा. रुडी सुत नरबद डूंगर वाछा देवराजादि स्व. कुटुंब परिवृतेन स्वश्रेयसे श्री चंद्रप्रभस्वामिबिंबं कारापितं प्र. श्री तपागच्छाधिराज श्री सोमसुंदरसूरिभि: शुभ लग्ने ।

This Pañchatīrthi bronze image of Dharmanāth with parikar is preserved in Sambhavanāth Temple in Nagajibhudhar's Pole. It was installed by Srisuri in V.S. 1490, Marga. va.di. 5, soma (i.e. Mon., 2 Nov., 1433 A.D.). This Bimba was donated by Ulāk, son of Narde(va) and Gängi for the happiness of his brother shresthi Khetasi.
