सं. १४८९ वर्षे वैशाष सुदि ३ बुधे श्रीमाल ज्ञातीय श्रेष्ठि धरणाभार्या ब. शाणीपितृमातृ श्रेयसे सुत साहाकेन श्री कुंथुनाथबिंबं कारापितं बो. श्री धर्मसिंहसूरिभि: प्रतिष्टि [ष्ठि]तं ।

This bronze image of Munisuvrataswāmī with parikar is installed in Adishwar Temple in Vaghan Pole. This Pañchatīrthī icon was installed by Srīsuri in V.S. 1489, Vaishakha, sudi. 3, Ravivāra. The week-day here does not tally with the Tithi. The Tithi may be read as 7 instead of 3. In that case the date would correspond to Sunday, 26 April, 1433 A.D. This icon was made by Dhaval, a son of Shresthi Manorasi of Shrimali caste for the happiness of his wife, son and self.

This Pañchatirthi bronze image of Shantinath parikar is preserved in Shitalnath Temple in Shekh's Pada. It was installed by Siddhasūri of Upakesha gaccha in V.S. 1489, Vaishakha va.di. 10, Guru (i.e. Thurs., 14 May, 1433 A.D.). Siddhasuri was in the tradition of Kakudacharya.
संवत १४८९ वर्षे वैशाख वदि १० दिने गुरुवासरे श्री शांतिनाथबिंबं कारितं प्रतिष्टि [ष्ठि ] तं श्री उपकेश गच्छे ककुदाचार्य संताने श्री श्री सिद्धसूरिभिः ॥
