॥ ए संवत् १६२७ वर्षे वैशाष शुदि ३ शुक्रे उकेशवंशे गोदहीया गोत्रे सा. छाजूला भार्या श्री रजाई पुत्र पासवीर सहसवीर भार्या केडिमदे भार्या सूरमदे पुत्र धनजी पुण्यार्थं श्री पार्श्वनाथबिंबं कारितं प्रतिष्ठितं श्री बृहत्तपागच्छे श्री पूज्य जिनसिंहसूरिभिः ।

This Pañchatirthi bronze image of Suvidhinathi with parikar is preserved in Neminatha Temple in in Mansukhbhai Sheth's Pole. It was made by Vastupāla, Tejapāla and Se japāla for their own bliss. They were the sons of Do. Dhana and Tejalade. Dhana was the son of Do. Vardhamana and Șimai. This Bimba was installed in V.S. 1628, Vaiśākha, sudi. 11, Soma (ie Mon, 23 April, 1572 A.D.).
