The Jain Image Inscriptions of Ahmadabad
Devachandrasūri. This icon was installed by Śrīsūri in V.S. 1468 (i.e. 1411 - 12 A.D.). Sūrā was the brother of Chotā, whose father was Shre. Panpach. । संवत १४६८ वर्षे श्री श्रीमाल ज्ञातीय श्रे. पांपचसुत चोटा भ्रातृ सूरा आत्मश्रेयसे श्री अजितनाथ पंचतीर्थी कारिता श्री तपागच्छेश श्री देवसुंदरसूरीणामुपदेशात् प्रतिष्ठितं श्रीसूरिभिः ॥

• This Pañchatīrthi bronze image of Shāntināth with parikar is preserved in Adīshvar Temple in Kasumbavad of Doshivada's Pole, This icon was made of Khīmāka, son of Vya. Sāmala and Sitāde (vī) for the spiritual bliss of his parents. He belonged to Srimāla caste. This Bimba was installed by shre. Udayanandasuri of
Brahmanagaccha in thePattavali of SriHematilakasuri in V.S. 1461, Māgha vadi. 15, Sani. Here the Tithi, therefore, does not tally with the week-day. The tithi should be read as 11 in place of 15. In that case the modified date would correspond to saturday, 28 Jan., 1413 A.D.
॥ सं. १४६१ माघ वदि १५, शनौ श्रीमाल ज्ञातीय व्य. सामल भार्या सीतादे पुत्र षीमाकेन मातृपितृ श्रेयसे श्री शांतिनाथबिंब कारितं प्रतिष्ठितं ब्रह्माण श्री हेमतिलकसूरिपट्टे श्री उदयाणंदसूरिभिः।।

This Pañchatīrthi bronze image of Kunthu nāth with parikar is preserved in Simandharaswāmi Temple in Indrakot of Doshivad's Pole. This icon was made by Varsimha for the bliss of his father Pootā and Mother Pūnāde(vī). He belonged to Upakesh caste. This Bimba was installed by Srīsuri in V.S. 1469, Phālguna, vadi 2, Sukra (i.e. Friday, 17 Feb. 1413 A.D.) according to Amānta system of Months.
