This Pañchatīrthī bronze image of Adinātha with parikar is preseved in Shāntinātha Temple in Harikishan Sheth's Pole in Mandavi's Pole. It was installed by Bhattāraka Viśvsa in the Pattāvalī of Rāmasena, Bhattāraka Somakirtī, Bhattāraka Vimalasena of Nandita gaccha in Kāstā sangha in V. S. 1576, Vaisakha, su.di. 6,Soma (i.e. Mon., 23 April, 1520 A.D.). It was made by the son of Sā. Udā and Vīrā of Narasimhapurā caste and Kaladhara gotra, for the bliss of his own self. ।। संवत १५७६ वर्षे वैशाष शुदि ६ सोमे श्री काष्टासंघे नंदीत गच्छे विद्यागणे भ. रामसेनान्वये भट्टारक श्री सोमकीर्तिः भट्टारक श्री विमलसेन देवाः तत्पट्टे भट्टारक श्री विश्वसेन प्रतिष्ठित ॥ नरसिंहपुरा ज्ञातीय कलधर गोत्रे सा. उदा भार्या वीरापुत्र गृहीत संयम आचार्य श्री सकलकीर्तिः आत्मपुण्यार्थं श्री आदिनाथबिंब कारापित ॥ आ.। श्री विनयकीर्ति: आ. श्री राजकीर्तिः व धर्मदास क्षु. बा. देमी क्षु. वा. कुअरिय. भोजा प. नाकर पं. कीका प्रणमति ॥

This Pañchatīrthĩ bronze image of Vāsu pū jyasvāmī is preserved in the shrine of Sambhavanātha in Vaghan Pole. It was made by Udāka, son of śrīmāli Sre. Căpā and Vāsū, along with his wife Seu and sons Kaduya, Baduya etc. for the bliss of their forefathers. This icon was installed by Sri Laksmīsāgarasuri of Citrāvāla gaccha in V.S. 1576, Vaišākha va.di. 3, Guru. The given day in this inscription does not tally with the given week day here. The day, therefore, should be read 'l' in place of '3'. In that case the new date would correspond to Thursday, 3 May, 1520 A.
