।। संवत् १५६० वर्षे वैशाख मासे वीरमग्राम वासि दो. मांडण भा. गंगादे सुत दो. कडूआ पति श्रेयोर्थं गां. राउल भा. लसा सुता श्री. रंगी कारितं श्री सुमतिनाथबिंबं । प्रतिष्टि [[ष्ठि ] तं तपागच्छे श्री हेमविमलसूरिभिः ॥ सलषणपुरे ।

This Panchatīrthī bronze image of Dharmanatha with parikar is preserved in Vāsu pūjyasvāmī Temple in Rupasurchand's Pole. It was installed by Srīsangha in V.S. 1560 (1503 - 04 A.D.). This icon was made with the precept of Bhāvasāgarsūri of Añcāla gaccha by Suśrāvaka Thākura, son of Hīrā and Rājū of Śrīvaṁsa, along with his wife Padmãi and sons, for his own bliss.

This Pañchatīrthī bronze image of Shitalanatha with parikar is preserved in Neminatha Temple in Manasukhbnai Sheth's Pole. It was made by Parvata and Rāmati, along with son Dharmmasi and his wife Harṣamade etc. family members, for their own spiritual bliss. Parvata was the son of Śre. Bhalā and Lāḍū of Hūmbada caste. They were the inhabitant of Sāgavāḍā. This icon was installed by Śrī Buddhisāgarasūri of Sri Vrddha Tapa Paksa in V. S. 1561, Vaisakha, su.di 3, Soma (i.e. Mon., 7 April, 1505 A.D.).
