This Pañchatírthi bronze image of Pārshavanātha with parikar is preserved in Sumatinātha Temple in Junā mahājanavādā. It was made by Karmāka along with his wife Līlāī, sons Singharāja, Phană Cāndā, Singha and his wife Mātu, sons Bhīma, L'asā, Phanā, Phana's wife Sarūpade etc. family members, for their own spiritual bliss. Karmāka was the son of San. Șoșā. and Hansās and grand son of San. Dhadasī and Vālhi of Usavāla caste. This icon was installed by Sri Hemavimalasuri in the patta of Sri Sumatisādhusūri of Tapā gaccha in V.S. 1552, Phālguna, shu.di., 6 Sani (i.e. Sat., 20 Feb., 1496 A.D.).

This Pañchatīrthi bronze image of Chandraprabhasvāmi with parikar is preserved in Suparshvanatha Temple in Ramaji Mandir Pole. It was made by Varasinga with Vaijalade, bBrother Gopā and his wife Gangāde etc. family members, for the bliss of his uncle Sā. Jesā. The donor Varasing was the son of Sä.Jagapāla and Cāmpu of Usavāla caste. They were the inhabitant of Kadi, This icon was installed by Srisūri in V.S. 1552, Vaišākha su.di. 3, Sani (i.e. Sat. 16 April, 1496 A.D. according to Kārttikadi Calander). ॥ संवत् १५५२ वर्षे वैशाष सुदि ३ सनौ श्री कडीनगर वास्तव्य उसवाल ज्ञा. सा, जगपाल भा. चांपु सुत वरसिंगकेन भा । वइजलादे भ्रातृ गोपा भा । गंगादेप्रमुख कुटुंबयुतेन पितृव्य सा । जसा श्रेयोर्थं श्री चंद्रप्रभस्वामिबिंबं ।कारितं प्र.श्रीसूरिभि : ॥
