Siddhäntasagarasuri. The donor was inhabitant of Ahammadāvāda and belonged 10 ŪKeśa Vamsa. ॥ संवत् १५४८ वर्षे माघ शुदि १३ बुधे उकेस वंशे ॥ सा. होसा भार्या कर्माई पुत्र सा. सहसकिरण सुश्रावकेण भार्या जी बाई पितृव्य सा. कालाकुंरासहितेन पितृश्रेयोर्थं श्री अंचलगच्छाधिराज श्री सिद्धान्तसागरसूरीणामुपदेशेन श्री आदिनाथबिंब कारितं प्रतिष्ठितं संघेन अहम्मदावाद नगरे ।

This Pañchatīrthi bronze image of Shitalanātha with parikar in Simandharasvāmi Temple in Indrakot of Doshi Vada's Pole. It was made by Sre. Tejāka, son of Sre. Sangrāma and Jhājhū, with his wives Jīvā and Hānsī, sons Sre Kānhā, Sre Vānā, Sre. Rānā, Sripati etc. family members for their own bliss. They belonged to Srimāla caste. This icon was installed by Bhaltāraka Hemavimalasuri Tapā gaccha in the Patta of Bhatta. Sumatisadhusuri in V.S. 1548, Vaisakha, su.di. 2, Sani (i.e. Sat., 28 April, 1492 A.D.) at Ananda grāma. ।। संवत १५४८ वर्षे वैशाष सुदि २ शनौ श्रीमाली ज्ञातीय श्रे. संग्राम भा., झाझू सुत श्रे. तेजाकेन भार्या जीवां हांसी सुत श्रे. कान्हा श्रे. वांना श्रे. राना श्रे. श्रीपति प्रमुख समस्त कुटुंबयुतेन स्वश्रेयसे | श्री शीतलनाथबिं. कारितं. देवकुलिकासहितं प्रतिष्टि[ष्ठि]तं श्री तपागच्छे भट्टा. श्री सुमतिसाधुसूरिपट्टे भट्टारक श्री हेमविमलसूरिभिः । श्री आणंद ग्रामे ॥
