The Jain Image Inscriptions of Ahmadabad
लक्ष्मीसागरसूरिभिः । बलाला वास्तव्य : ।।

This Pañchatīrthi bronze image of Suvidhinātha with parikar is preserved in the shrine of Shreyānsanātha in Kunthu nātha Temple at Surdas Sheth's Pole. It was installed by Srīsangha in V.S. 1534, Māgha, su.[di]. 10, Budha (i.e. Wed., 14 Jan., 1478 A.D.). This Bimba was made by Suśrāvaka Ganapati, son of Do. Bhāvala of Srivassa, along with his wife Kautigade and family for their own
bliss.
॥ १५३४ माघ शु १० बुधे श्री श्रीवंशे दो. भावलसुत दो. गणपति सुश्रावकेण भा. कउतिगदे प्रमुख निजकुटुंब सहितेन श्री अंचलगच्छनायक श्री जयकेसरिसूरि उप. स्वश्रेयसे श्री सुविधिनाथबिंब कारितं प्रतिष्ठितं श्रीसंघेन चिरं नंदन्तु ॥

This Pañchatīrthi bronze image of Chandraprabhasvāmī with parikar is preserved in Chandraprabhasvāmi Temple in Santinātha pole in the Kalu pur area. It was installed by Laksmīsāgarasuri of Tapa gaccha in V.S. 1534, Pha[lguna] va.di.) 3, Budha (i.e. Wed., 21 Jan., 1478 A.D.). It was made by Sahas, datta son of Lākhā and Lāşalade, along with his wife and family for his own bliss. The donor was inhabitant of Ahamadāvāda and belonged to Ukeśa caste. सं. १५३४ वर्षे फा. व. ३ बुधे अहम्मदावादीय उकेश सो. लाषा भा. लाषलदे सुत सो. सहसदत्तेन भा. नाथी भा. देवदासहरदासरामदासादि कुटुंबपुत्रयुतेन स्वश्रेयसे श्री चंद्रप्रभस्वामिबिंबं कारितं प्रति. तपा श्री लक्ष्मीसागरसूरिभि: श्रीरस्तु ॥ ॥श्रीः।।
