The Jain Image Inscriptions of Ahmadabad

'This Pañchatīrthī bronze image Sambhavanatha with parikar is preserved in Vāsupūjyaswāmī Temple in Rupasurchand's pole. It was installed by Malayachandrasuri of Vṛhad gaccha in the paṭṭāvalī of Dharmachandrasūri in V.S. 1530, Māgha, su.di. 13, Ravi. (i.e. Sun., 30 Jan., 1474 A.D.). This icon was made by Paravata, son of Śreṣṭhi Prathamā and Pāncī of Upakeśa caste, along with his wife Palhaṇade for their own bliss.
सं. १५३० वर्षे माघ सुदि १३ रवौ उपकेश ज्ञातीय श्रेष्ठि प्रथमा भार्या पांचीपुत्र परवत भार्या पाल्हणदे सहितेन मातृ सहितेन आत्मश्रेयोर्थं श्री संभवनाथ बिंबं का. प्रतिष्ठितं वृहदगच्छे बोकंडीयावंटके श्री धर्मचंद्रसूरि पट्टे श्री मलयचंद्रसूरिभिः ।

This Pañchatīrthī bronze image of Kunthunatha with parikar is preserved in the shrine of Dharmanatha in Pachhia Pole of Kalupur. It was installed by Ratnadevasūri of Chaitra gaccha in V.S. 1530, Magha, su.di. 13, Ravau (i.e. 30 Jan., 1474 A.D.). This Bimba was made by Suśrāvaka Varuvā, son of Sam. Hīrā and Varjū of Śrī vaṁśa, along with his wife Maraghū, his elder brother San. Sivadās, younger brother Karuyā, Devā etc., for the bliss of his mother.
