253 ॥ संवत् १५२५ वर्षे माघ वदि ५ गुरौ श्री श्री वंशे श्रे. जेसाभार्या रामतिसुत श्रेष्ठि षोनाकेन भ्रातृ जीवायुतेन । श्री अंचलगच्छेश श्री जयकेसरिसूरीणामुपदेशेन स्वश्रेयसे श्री धर्मनाथबिंब कारितं प्रतिष्टि[ष्ठि]तं संघेना गूंदी ग्रामे ।

This Panchatīrthì bronze image of Dharmmanātha with parikar is preserved in Adīśvara Temple in Panchbhai's pole, Ghee Kanta. It was made by Jūthā and Jasamāde, along with their sons Devadāsa, Ganapati, Popata, Jesinga, Poca etc. for the bliss of his brother. Jūthā was the son of Sre. Tejā and Tejalade of Upakeśa caste. This icon was installed with the precept of Sri Puņyacandrasūri of Pūrnimā paksa in V.S. 1528, Māgha, va.di. 5, Guru (i.e. Thursday, 30 January, 1472 A.D. according to Amānta system of months).
॥ संवत् १५२५ वर्षे माघ वदि ५ गुरौ उपकेश ज्ञा. श्रे तेजा भा. तेजलदे पुत्र जूठा भा. जसमादे पुत्र देवदास गणपतियो पट जेसिंग पोचायुतेन भ्रातृश्रेयोर्थं श्री धर्मनाथबिंब कारितं श्री साधुपूर्णिमा [पक्षे] श्री पुण्यचंद्रसूरीणामुपदेशेन प्रतिष्टि[ष्ठि]तं.

This Panchatīrthi bronze image of Sumatinātha with parikar is preserved in the Shāntinātha Temple in Panchbhai's pole. It was made by Sa. Mahunasi and Malhanade, along with their sons Jiva, Natha etc. family members. The donor was the son of Sa. Devasi and Ganga of Upakeśa Vamśa. This icon was installed by Bha. Srī Mahesarasuri of llarijagaccha in V.S. 1528, Māgha, va.di. 5, Guru (i.e. Thrsday, 30 January, 1472 A.D. according to Amānta system of months).
