This Pañchtīrthī bronze image of Shitalanātha with parikar is preserved in the sanctuary of Adīshvara of Simandharaswāmi Temple in Indrakot of Doshivada's Pole. It was made by Dharmā, son of kadūã and Chamakü, along with his brothers Karanā, Bhimā etc. family members for the bliss of his father. Śre. Patrāmala was their grandfather and Pālhanade was the grandmother. They belonged to Srīmāla caste. The donor was the inhabitant of Nalaharāgrāma. This icon was made with the precept of Sri Punyaratnasūri of Pūrņimā paksa and was installed with ceremony in V.S. 1524, Vaisākha su.di. 2, Soma (i.e. Monday, 6, April, 1467 A.D.). ॥ संवत् १५२४ वर्षे वैशाख सुदि २ सोमे श्री श्रीमाल ज्ञातीय श्रे. पत्रामल भा. पाल्हणदे सु. कडूआ भा. चमकू सुत धर्माभिधेन भ्रा. करणाभीमादि कुटुंबयुतेन स्वपितृ श्रेयोर्थं श्री शीतलनाथबिंबं श्री पूर्णिमा. श्री पुण्यरत्नसूरीणामुपदेशेन कारितं प्र. विधिना नलहराग्राम ॥

This Chauvīsī bronze image of Sumatināth with parikar is preserved in Sambhavanātha Temple in Kalushah's pole, Kalu pur. It was made by Sre. Thakurasimha along with his wife Meghalde, sons Jūļhā, Vaņāyaga, Pāñcā, Nāsaņa, Juthā's wife Jīviņi; Vaņāyaga's wife Valahāde; Pāñcā's wife Prīmalade; Nāsāņā's wise Nāmalade etc. whole family members for their own spiritual bliss. Thākurasimha was the son of Sre. Yāsā and Pūnāde. Sre. Yāsā was the son of Ser. Mülā and Mādhalade of Magudia Srīmāla caste. This icon was made with the preceptof Śrī Vijayarāja Gani in V.S. 1524, Vaisākha, su.di. 2, Soma (i.e Mon, 6 April, 1467 A.D) and installed by Śrī Jñānasāgarasuri in the palta of Sri Ratnasiṁhasüri and Vadaya Vallabhasūri.
