The Jain Image Inscriptions of Ahmadabad
was installed by Tapa Srī Laksmisāgarasūri in V.S. 1523, Vaisākha, su.di. 13 (i.e. Friday, 17 April, 1467 A.D.).

This Panchatirthi bronze image of Shitalanath with parikar is preserved in Sambhavanath Temple in Nagajibhudhar's Pole. It was installed by Jinaharṣasuri of Kharatara gaccha [in the Pattavali of Jinasundarasuri] in V.S. 1523, Vaisakha, su.di. 13 (i.e. Friday, 17 April, 1467 A.D.). This Bimba was made by Sa Devaraja [son of Vänku and Sa. Ratanaji of Daliya caste and Muntrada Gotra] along with his wife Ramati and son Să. Megharaja for his own religious merit.

This Panchatirthī bronze image of Munisuvrataswami with parikar is preserved in Simandharaswami Temple in Indrakot of Doshivada's Pole. It was made by Devadasa for the bliss of his father Sre. Jävada and mothers Araghu and Bhavalade of Usavala caste and Hārīja gaccha. This icon was installed by Sri Mahesvarasūri in V.S. 1523, Vaišākha va.di. 1, Soma (i.e. Mon., 20 April, 1467 A.D.)
