The Jain Image Inscriptions of Ahmadabad
Ratnaśekharasüri in V.S. 1523, Vaiśākha, sudi. 5, Guruvara (i.e. Thurs., 9 April, 1467 A.D.). This Bimba was made by Gan. Arjuna, son of Gan, Saranga and Khani of Pragvata caste, along with his wife Dharmiņi, son Jävada, brother and sister in Law. The donors were the inhabitants of Salakhanapura.
संवत् १५२३ वर्षे वैशाष शुदि पंचम्यां गुरौ सलषणपुर वास्तव्य प्राग्वाट ज्ञातीय गां. सारंग भा. पनी पुत्र गां. अर्जुन भा. धर्मिणि पुत्र जावडकर्मण भ्रा सालिंगभार्या सहजलदे प्रमुख कुटुंबयुतेन गां. अर्जुनेन स्वपितृमातृश्रेयोर्थं श्री वृषभनाथबिंबं कारितं प्रतिष्ठितं तपागच्छाधिराज श्री रत्नशेखरसूरि शिष्य श्री श्री श्री लक्ष्मीसागरसूरिभिः ॥

This Pañchatirthi bronze image of Sumatinatha with parikar is preserved in Adishvar Temple of Kasumbavad in Doshivada's Pole. It was made by Megharaja along with his brother Manja etc. family members for his own spiritual bliss. He was the son of Gajana and Padmãi. Sā. Hariya and Kapuri were the grand father and grand mother of the donors. They belonged to Ukesa caste and Sankhavala Gotra. They were the inhabitant of Ahamadāvāda. This icon was installed by Śrī Săvadevasūri in the Paṭṭāvalī of Śrī Kakkasūri, a pupil of Sri Nanānācharya in V.S. 1523, Vaisakha, sudi. 6, Sukra (i.e. Friday, 10, April, 1467 A.D.).
