This Pañchatîrthĩ bronze image of Mahavīraswami with parikar is preserved in Adīshvar Temple in Kasumbavad of Doshivada's Pole. It was made by Suśrāvikācinü, wife of Sre. Vädhā for her own bliss. She belonged to Srimāla caste. This icon was made with the precept of Añcala gaccheśa Śrī Jayakesarisūri and installed by Śrīsangha in V.S. 1521, Vaišākha, va.di. 2, Ravi (i.e. sunday, 12 May, 1465 A.D.). ।। संवत् १५२१ वर्षे वैशाष वदि २ रखौ श्री श्रीमाल ज्ञातीय श्रे. वाघा भार्या चिनूं सुश्राविकया निजश्रेयोर्थं । श्री अंचलगच्छेश श्री जयकेसरिसूरीणामुपदेशेन श्री ॥ श्री महावीरबिंबं कारित प्रतिष्टिष्ठि]तं श्री ॥ संघेन ॥

This Pañchatīrthi bronze image of Kunthunātha with parikar is preserved in Shāntināth Temple in Nisha Pole, Zverivad on the Relief Road. This icon was installed by Ratnadevasūri, pupil of Gunadevasuri of Caitra gaccha in V.S. 1521, Jyestha, su.di. 10, Budha. (i.e. Wed., 16 May, 1464 A.D.). This Bimba was made by Sidhara, Sāliga, Hīrā and Jāga along with their wives, for the bliss of their mother. They belonged to Usavāla caste. ॥ संवत् १५२१ वर्षे ज्येष्ठ सु. १० बुधे उसवाल ज्ञातीय श्रे. झाल्हासु. रामसी भा. शाणी सु. पता भा. सांतू सु. सीधर भा. रत्नादे सालिग भार्या माणिकदेहीरा भा. हीरादे जाग भा. तेजलदे निजमातृनिमित्तं श्री कुंथुनाथबिंबं का. श्री चैत्रगच्छे श्री गुणदेवसूरिसंताने प्रति. श्री रत्नदेवसूरिभिः ॥
