This Panchatīrthī bronze image of Adinath with parikar is preserved in the Shrine of Sambhavanath in Nagajibhu dar's Pole. It was made by Shravana of Gambhūvā Gotra and Shrimāla caste, along with his wife Salashū and sons Somā and Sīha for their own bliss. This icon was installed by Devachandrasūri of Vriddha gaccha in the tradition of Kamalachandrasuri in V.S. 1516, Pausha, va.di. 12, Guru. (i.e. Thurs., 20 Dec., 1459 A.D.). The donor resided at Panasaurā.

॥ सं. १५१६ वर्षे पोष वदि १२ गुरौ श्री श्रीमाल ज्ञा. गांभूवा गोत्रे श्रे. भा. सलषू पु. सोमा । सीहा । स्वपुण्यार्थं श्री आदिनाथबिंबं का. प्र. श्री वृद्धगच्छे कमलचंद्रसूरि संताने श्री देवचंद्रसूरिभिः ॥ पणसउरा [?] वास्तव्यः ||

This Pañchatīrthī bronze image of Shreyansanath with parikar is preserved in Shantinath Temple in Shekh's Pado. It was made by Bunka and Hema of Usawala caste, for the bliss of their mother Gangade and Father Goind, with the precept of Jayachandrasūri of Purnima Bhīma Paksha in V.S. 1516, Magha, va.di. 8, Soma. The tithi does not correspond with the week-day here. It may, therefore, be read as 4 insted of 8. In that case the modified date would correspond to Mon., 11 Feb., 1460 A.D.
संवत् १५१६ वर्षे माह वदि ८ सोमे उसवालज्ञातीय पितृगोइंद मातृगंगादे पितृ वासिव श्रेयसे सुत बुंकाहेमाभ्यां समस्त कुटुंब सहिताभ्यां श्री श्रेयांसनाथ बिंबं कारितं श्री पूर्णि. भीम प. श्री पासचंद्रसूरिपट्टे च श्री जयचंद्रसूरीणामुपदेशेन प्रतिष्टि [ष्ठि]तं ।
