This Pañchatīrthi bronze image of Sambhavanāth with parikar is preserved in Nagajibhudhar's Pole. It was made by Sā. Valahāde wife of Sā. Vīrā who was the son of Sā. Pātā and Mālhaņade of
Mahatiyana caste and Gobarmor Gotra in V.S. 1516, Ashadha, su.di. 3, Ravi. (i.e. Sunday, 3, June, 1459 A.D.). The installer's name is not legible but his gaccha was Kharatar.

This Pañchatīrthi bronze image of Anantanāth with parikar is preserved in the shrine of Sambhavanāth in Naga jibhudhar's Pole. It was inade by Somāk, son of Ganīā and Pānyū olupakesha caste, with his wife and family, for their own bliss with the precept of Mahātilaksūri and Sāgaratilaksūri of Pūrņimā Paksha in V.S. 1516, Kārttika, va.di. 2 (i.e. Mon., 12 November, 1459 A.D.). सं. १५१६ वर्षे कार्तिक वदि २ उपकेश ज्ञा. सं. गणीआ भा. पांयू सु. सोमाकेन भा. लीलादे कुटुंब युतेन स्वश्रेयोर्थं श्री अनंतनाथबिंब कारितं पूर्णिमापक्षे श्री सागरतिलकसूरि श्री महातिलकसूरि उपदेशेन ॥ श्री: ॥
