This Pañchatīrihi bronze image of Sambhavanāth with parikar is preserved in the shrine of Ajitanāth in Pachhia pole. It was installed by Kanakaprabhasūri of Pippala gaccha [in the Patlāvali of Prabhānandasuri] in V.S. 1512, Pausa, va.di. 5, Soma (i.e. Alon., 29 Dec., 1455 A.D.). This icon was made by Sa. Devasi and Niku of Srīmāla caste, for the spiritual bliss of their parents. सं. १५१२ वर्षे पोष वदि ५ सोमे श्री श्रीमाल ज्ञातीय श्रे. वीसलभार्या वारु, स. देवसी भा. नीकूपितृमातृ । पितृव्यनिमित्तं आत्मश्रेयसे श्री संभवनाथ बिंब कारित प्रति. पिप्पलगच्छे भट्टा. श्री प्रभाणंदसूरिपट्टे श्री कनकप्रभसूरिभिः ।।

This Pañchatirthi bronze image of Kunthunātha with parikar is preserved in Rşabhadeva Temple in Jahanpanah's Pole of Doshivada's Pole. It was made by Monhā and Gehā, sons of Vya. Pañcāyaṇa and his second wife Bharamī for the bliss of their mother Bharami. Cāṁpalade was the first wife of Pañcāyaṇa. The donors belonged to Srīmāla caste and resident of Jālodhara. This icon was installed by Sri Jayachandrasūri [in the Pattāvalī of Sri Sagarachandrasuri of Pippala gaccha] in V.S. 1512, Pausa, va.di. 5, Soma (i.e. Mon., 29 Dec., 1455 A.D.). ।। सं. १५१२ वर्षे पोष वदि ५ सोमे श्री श्रीमाल ज्ञातीय व्य. पंचायणभार्या चांपलदे.. द्वितीय भार्या भरमी सुते । मोन्हागेहाभ्यां स्वमातृ भरमी श्रि[श्रे]योर्थं श्री कुंथुनाथ बिंबं चतुर्विंशतिपट्ट का. प्रतिष्टि[ष्ठि]त: पिप्पलगच्छे भ. श्री सागरचंद्रसूरिपट्टे श्री श्री जयचंद्रसूरिभिः। जाल्योधर वास्तव्य ॥ श्रीः ।।
