This Pañchatīrthi bronze image of Vāsu pū jyaswami with parikar is preserved in the above said Temple. It was made by Golā Srāvaka with his wife Jesu and sons Rājā, Varasingha and Devarāja. Golā was the son of Sā. Udesī and Suhavade. Udesi was the son of Sāranga and Canū. He belonged to Ūkeśa Vaṁsa. This icon was installed by Srī Jinacanadrasūri in V.S. 1511, Așadhā, va.di. 9, (i.e. Tuesday, 8 July, 1455 A.D.).

320 This Chauvīsī bronze image of Shītalanātha with parikar is preserved in Ādīshvar Temple in Kasumbavad of Doshivada's Pole. It was made by Bha. SravakaMandana, along with his brothers Bha. Hamirasa, Samadhara, Bha. Sadhārana etc. family members. The donor was the son of Bha. Dūdā and Campai. Dūdā was the son of Bha. Bhima and Rumade of Ukesa Vamsa, Bhanasali Gotra.
