The Jain Image Inscriptions of Ahmadabad
preserved in Simandharaswāmi Temple of Indrakot In Doshivada's Pole. It was made by Rāju, other name Kutigadevī, wife of Sā. Mālā of Srīmāla caste and Koranta gaccha in the tradition of Sri Nannācārya. This icon was installed by Srī Sāvadevasūri in V.S. 1511, Māgha, su.di. Pañcami, Guruvāra (i.e. Thursday, 23 Jan., 1455 A.D.).
॥ए संवत् १५११ माघ सुदि पंचम्यां गुरौ श्री कोरंट गच्छे । श्री नन्नाचार्यसंताने । श्रीमाल ज्ञातौ । सा. माला भार्या राजू अपरनाम कुतिगदेव्या आत्मपुण्यार्थं श्री सुमतिनाथबिंब का. प्र. श्री सावदेवसूरिभिः ॥

This Pañchatīrthī bronze image of Shītalanāth with parikar is preserved in Adīshwar Temple in Vaghan Pole. It was installed by Kakkasūri in V.S. 1511, Māgha, su.di. 12, Guru. (i.e. Thurs. 30 Jan., 1455 A.D.). This icon was made by Redā (son of Sācā and Johiņi of Ayacaņā Gotra and Upakesha caste and Kaku dā cārya tradition along with his wife and Jivadatta and Maktā, for the bliss of their fore-fathers.
।। सं. १५११ वर्षे माघ सुदि १२ गुरौ उपकेश गच्छे श्री ककुदाचार्य संताने श्री उपकेश ज्ञातीय आयचणागोत्रे सा. साचा भा. जोहिणि पु. सा. रेडा भा. सूपादे जीवदत्तमक्ता सहितेन पूर्वजनिमित्तं श्री शीतलनाथं बिंब कारितं प्रतिष्टि[ष्ठि]तं श्री कक्कसूरिभिः ॥

It was installed by Srisuri of Harija gaccha in V.S. 1511, Jyestha su.di. 9, Budha (i.e. Wed. 5 June, 1554 A.D.). This icon was made by Varajāg [son of Sāhā Sagharāj and Singārdel of Usiväl caste
