पुद्गलों की वर्गणा [समूह). मंगल = अनिष्ट निवारक और इष्ट प्राप्त कराने वाला साधन.
छ: प्रकार के आंतर शत्रु:१. इंद्रिय = अप्रशस्त भाव में प्रवृत्त पाँच इंद्रियाँ;
२. विषय = इंद्रियों के अनुकूल पदार्थों के प्रति रुचि ३. कषाय = क्रोधादि मानसिक भाव; ४. परीषह = भूख-प्यासादि का अनुभव; ५. वेदना = शारीरिक और मानसिक सुख-दुःख का अनुभव: ६. उपसर्ग = मनुष्य, तिर्यंच या देवताओं द्वारा कृत मन को आकुल-
व्याकुल करने वाले उपद्रव, तीर्थकर के चौतीस अतिशय (विशिष्ट गुण] :• चार अतिशय जन्म से१.तीर्थकर का दिव्य शरीर अद्भुत रूप वाला सुगंध से युक्त, नीरोगी.
पसीना रहित एवं मैल रहित होता है. २. श्वासोच्छवास सुगंधी होता है.
३. रक्त और मांस श्वेत व दुर्गध रहित होते हैं, प्रतिक्रमण सूत्र सह विवेचन - भाग - १
evil practices (good or bad activities). mangala = Mean for avoiding calamities and helping to attain the desired results
[objectives]. Six types of antara Satru [internal enemies] :1. indriya [sense organs] = Five sense organs absorbed in evil mental
activities; 2. vişaya (objects of pleasure) = Liking for the objects to sense organs; 3. kaşāya (passions] = Mental tendency like anger; 4.parisaha [sufferings] = Feelings like hunger, thirst; 5. vedanā [feelings) = Feelings of physical and mental happiness and sorrow; 6.upasarga [troubles] = Sufferings brought about by human beings, animals
or divine beings disturbing and upsetting the mental peace. Thirty four atisayas [special qualities] of the tirthankara:
Four atiśayas from birth1. The divine body of the tirthankara will be of splendid appearance, with
fragrance, healthy, without sweat and without dirt. 2. The respiration will be fragrant. 3. Blood and flesh will be white and free from odour.
