10. sāmāiya-vayajutto sūtra
१०. सामाझ्य-वय-जुत्तो सूत्र
सूत्र विभाग ५. भय से सामायिक करना. ६. सामायिक कर सांसारिक फल का निदान करना. ७. सामायिक के फल में शंका करना. ८. सामायिक में क्रोध करना या क्रोध से सामायिक करना. ९. अश्रद्धा या अविनय से सामायिक करना. १०. अबहुमान, अभक्ति या अनुत्साह से सामायिक करना.
वचन के दश दोष :१. कठोर, अप्रिय या असत्य वचन बोलना. २. बिना विचारे बोलना. ३. शास्त्र विरुद्ध बोलना. ४. सूत्र या सिद्धांत के पाठ को संक्षिप्त करके बोलना. ५. कलहकारी वचन बोलना. ६. विकथा [स्त्री, आहार, देश या राज कथा] करना. ७. किसी की हँसी उड़ाना या हँसना. ८. सूत्र या सिद्धांत के पाठ का अशुद्ध उच्चारण करना. ९. निश्चयात्मक वचन बोलना.
5. To perform sāmāyika out of fear. 6. To determine worldly gains by performing sāmāyika. 7. To doubt the fruits of sāmāyika. 8. To get angry during sāmāyika or to perform sāmāyika with anger. 9. To perform sāmāyika without faith or with immodesty. 10. To do sāmāyika without due respect, without proper devotion or without
proper enthusiasm. . Ten faults of speech :
1. To speak harsh, unpleasant or untrue words. 2. To speak without thinking. 3. To speak against the teachings of scriptures. 4. To speak the lessons of sūtra or principles making short. 5. To speak quarrelsome words. 6. To discuss unbenificial stories (stories of women, food, countries or politics.] 7. To ridicule any body or to laugh at others. 8. Topronounce incorrectly the lessons of the sutra or principles. 9. To speak decisive words.
