With the blessings of H. H. Maharaj Ji Shri Atam Vallabh Group Housing Society, Vallabh Vihar was formed on June 21. 1984 by organising 223 families under the chairmanship of Lala Ram Lal Ji. Shri Anoop Chand Ji, M. P. laid the foundation stone. Starting of a Homeopathic Hospital on June 15: 1985 in the campus of Shri Vallabh Smarak :
Under the management of of Shri Atam Vallabh Dharam Jaswant Medical Foundation, Vijay Vallabh Jain Hospital's foundation was laid by Lala Dharam Chand Ji. Financial Aid to other Hospitals ;
Shri Mahavir Jain Hospital, Surat, Vijay Vallabh Hospital,, Baroda, Vijay Vallabh Clinic, Jammu, Vijay Aushdhalya, Jagraon, Vijay Vallabh Homeopathic Aushdhalya, Ludhiana were given ample financial assistance.

Starting of Press Industrial Centres :
With the blessings of H. H. Maharaj Ji Upa. Sohan Vijay Printing Press" was started and a fund of money was raised 'Shri Sohan Vijay Ji Udyog Kendra' was started for the benefit of the members of Jain community.
