ORDER 1. Facts, in, brief, are as under :
That SHRI ANOOP SWAMIJI JAGARHIT MANDAL' Vasai is already registered as a Society under Societies Registration Act, 1860 on 8th March, 1995. The objects of the trust are 1) To impart the religious teachings to the people as directed by Sri Anoopdasji Maharaj
in their Holy and prestigious scripture 'Shree Jagathit Karni''Ahri Atma Puran''Shri
Athnyav Chintamani' and 'Shree Adu Puran' (Bhajanavali). 2) To propogate all the Holy and prestigious scripture. 3) Propogate of the education, to help poor, destitute at the time of un-foreseen
calamities. 4) Medical Assistance. 5) To fulfil the aims of 4 holy scriptures of Sadhu Shri Anoopdasji Maharaj.
2. The mode of succession to the trusteeship and managership in by way of election of the managing committee after every Three years by way of election. The sources of income of the trust are donations, interest, dividend on investment and rent from properties.
3. It is prayed that the trust be registered under the Bombay Public Trusts Act, 1950.
4. The application is opposed by the opponents by filing their objection at Ex. No. 8. They contend that they are the charitable and religious trust representing the Jain community and followers of the Jain religion in the State of Maharashtra. The applicant
