“ That the ‘appellants obtained leave to appeal to your Majesty in council.”
“ THE LORDS OF THE COMMITTEE in obedience to his late Majesty's said order in concil have taken the appeal and humble petition into consideration and having heard counsel on behalf of the parties on both sides. Their Lordships do this day agree humbly to report to Your Majesty as their opinion that this appeal ought to be dismissed and the decree of the Court of Judicial Commissioners of the Central Provinces dated Ist day of October 1923 affirmed. ”
“ HIS MAJESTY having taken the said report into consideration was pleased by and with the advice of HIS privy Council to approve thereof and to order as it hereby ordered that the same be punctually observed obeyed and carried into evecution.”
શ્રી અંતરિક્ષ પાર્શ્વનાથ ભગવાનના તીર્થને વહીવટ કરવાને વેતાંબરેને સંપૂર્ણ અધિકાર આપતા, અંતરિક્ષ પાર્શ્વનાથ ભગવાનની મૂર્તિની પિતપે તાની વિધિ પ્રમાણે વારાફરતી સૌના ટાઈમ દરમિયાન પૂજા કરવાને વેતાંબર દિગંબર બંનેને અધિકાર આપતા, તથા મૂર્તિને લેપ કરવાને વેતાંબરેતે અધિકાર આપતા પ્રિવી કાઉન્સીલના ચૂકાદા સુધીના ઇતિહાસને આપણે જોઈ ગયા છીએ. પલકના હાથમાં તીર્થ હતું તે વખતે પણ મૂર્તિને લેપ કરવામાં આવતું હતું. લિકરેના હાથમાંથી છેડાવ્યા પછી સને ૧૯૦૮ માં લેપ કરવામાં આવે, પણ દિગંબરેએ લેઢાના ઓજારથી કછટ તથા કંદરાના ભાગને ખાદી નાખ્યા તેથી વેતાંબરેએ કેર્ટમાં કેસ દાખલ કર્યો અને તેને નાગપુરની કેર્ટથી સને ૧૯૨૩ માં ચૂકાદે આવ્યા તેમાં મંદિર અને મૂર્તિના
