aside in accordance with law, the rights accuring to the two sects in accordance with these decisions should be upheld and protection afforded for enforcing the rights and preventing anything being done contrary to these rights. Government is of the view that the rights of the respective sects should be upheld and steps taken to uphold the said rights till the decisions are modified in due course of law. The District Magistrate, Akola, has been asked to take action accordingly.
