month of July, 1967, also in Oct 1967, and then again, with Shri Bhausaheb Vartak, Minister for Civil Supply, Maharashtra State, in the month of Feb. 1968. We had seen the inside of temple on all these occasions, and had found that complaint made by the leaders of Shwetambari sect, about the omissions and commissions by the followers of the Digambari sect, inside and outside the temple, against the judgement of the Privy Council had some basis. Various new articles brought inside the temple and well arranged on some spots, were seen. Similarly, inscriptions like "Digambar Sansthan " ( दिगंबर संस्थान ) etc. by paint were found at few places.
This time, when we both visited the temple, we found the same omissions and com nissions by followers of Digambari Sect, in much a larger number, (as follows), giving impression that the temple belongs to Digambaries and that there is no sign or atmosphere to show that there is any connections of Shwetambaries with the temple. We found the following omissions and commissions in and outside temple.
() Installation of new Digambari Idols, inside the temple, in the first and second cellers, and in the primises of the temple, which according to the privy Council Judgement, were not there Some of them were not there, when we visited last
Chhatra' on the main idol is

(3) As stated above, practically at all important spots inside & outside the main temple, inscription "Digambari Sansthan" (faia ) "Digambari Vedi (fat) and signs of "Swastik” (af) and 'Om') etc, found painted.
