मन्नंति कीड - सरिसं,
દૂર-પરિ‰ઢ-વિસમ-વિસ-વે |
तुह नामक्खर फुड-सिद्ध,
मंतगुरुआ नरा लोए ।।९।।
તમારા (પાર્શ્વનાથ એવા) નામ રૂપી અક્ષરો વડે પ્રગટપ્રભાવવાળો સિધ્ધ થયો છે (ગારુડિક આદિ) મંત્ર જેને એવા ગૌરવવંત, તથા દૂરથી જ નાશ પામ્યો છે ભયંકર વિષનો વેગ જેનો એવા તે મનુષ્યો આ લોકમાં (આવા સર્પને) એક નાના કીડા સમાન ગણે 9.11ell

.....Man is considered as a tiny insect in this world by those people who have mastered the great spell (Called a snake-charmer's spell) calling your name (=Pārśvanātha) and neutralized the power of the deadly poison (of the cobra) (destroyed) from a distance. ||9||
