તબક, ] Nyaya-Kusumānjali છે તેથી બીજા મહકાર્યો રહી જાય છે, એમ કહેવું નિરર્થક છે, કેમકે મૂર્તિપૂજા એ પણ એક મહકાય છે અને એનાથી પરંપરાએ મેક્ષ મેળવી શકાય છે. મૂર્તિ જડ છે વાસ્તે એની પૂજા કરવી યુકત નથી, એમ પણ માનવું જોઈએ નહિ; કેમકે ચિન્તામણિ-રન જડ હોવા છતાં તેની લેકે ઉપાસના કરે છે. આ ઉપરથી મૂર્તિપૂજા સ્વીકારવામાં કઈ પણ જાતને બાધ આવતું નથી એમ સિદ્ધ થાય છે. વળી, ગમે તે પ્રકારે પણ દરેક દર્શનકારે મૂર્તિ પૂજાને સ્વીકાર કર્યો છે. भगवत्पूजायै ईय॑तः परिदेवयते
च्युतं चिन्तारत्नं गलितममृतं कामकलशः । परिध्वस्तो हस्तादमरफलिनोऽदह्यत पुनः । अमीषां दुर्भाग्यज्वलितमनसां हन्त ! भगवन् !
असूयां ये मन्दा दधति भवतः पूजनसुखे ॥ ४३ ॥
Alas, oh Lord i Chinta-ratna has slipped off, nectar has leaked out and Kama-kalas'a* has fallen down from the hands and Amara-falina (a wish-granting tree ) is burnt up, of those dull-witted fellows whose minds are consumed by misfortune-who are jealous of the happiness resulting from thy worship. (48)
ભગવપૂજાના બ્યલુઓ તરફ શેકપ્રદશન
“હે ભગવન ! જે મન્દબુદ્ધિવાળા પુરૂષો તારા પૂજનસુખ તરફ ઈષ્ય ધારણ કરે છે, તેમના, કે જેઓનાં અંતઃકરણો દુર્ભાગ્યથી બળી રહેલાં છે, હાથથી ખરેખર ચિન્તારન પડી ગયું છે, કામકળશ ફૂટી ગયો છે અને કલ્પવૃક્ષને દાહ લાગે છે. ”– ૩
* Kama-kalas'a is a sort of pitcher which grants every desire.
